Community care is at the heart of what we do

Caring for our community is at the heart of what we do. We believe rest, healing, and presence should be accessible to all. We’re committed to keeping our group classes and 1:1 offerings financially accessible, while also ensuring our work is sustainable and our teaching is supported.

Solidarity Rates

  • Solidarity rates create a practice of shared care. Our standard rate for group restorative yoga is $30 per class. We also invite those who feel called—and whose resources allow—to choose the $60 solidarity rate.

The additional $30 helps fund free spots for others, allowing our work to continue in balance and integrity. This ensures that wellness, rest, and support are available to everyone in our community.

Any other additional contribution helps keep our classes affordable, our space equipped, and our team cared for.

  • Tiered pricing: Choosing the community-supported rate directly contributes to subsidized options for participants who might otherwise face financial barriers.

No judgment: Everyone is welcomed and respected, regardless of which rate they choose.

Supporting community: Your participation helps us continue offering accessible classes and sustain this work for our community.

  • Wellness should not be a privilege. By participating at the community-supported rate, you help create a more equitable, caring, and healing space—accessible to Queer, Trans, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities, as well as anyone facing financial hardship.

  • When registering for a class or session, select the rate that works for you. If you have questions, contact us directly—we’re happy to help you find the option that best fits your situation.

If you are navigating financial hardship, underemployment, housing insecurity, or difficulty meeting basic needs, please reach out. No one will be turned away from class due to cost. We welcome you to contact us if payment is a barrier or if you’re interested in bartering options.

However you arrive, know that your presence is part of the practice—and you are deeply welcomed here.
