Supporting Your Practice: FAQs

  • We offer trauma informed group restorative yoga classes alongside personalized 1:1 restorative yoga and Reiki sessions, designed to support deep rest, nervous system care, and embodied well-being.

  • Trauma-informed restorative yoga is a gentle, consent-based practice designed to support agency, choice, and nervous system support. Poses are fully supported with props and held comfortably, with options always offered. There is no physical adjustment unless explicitly consented to, and participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, rest when needed, and participate in ways that feel supportive.

  • Reiki is a gentle spiritual practice that works with universal life energy to support balance, presence, and deep rest. Offered through a trauma-informed and consent-based approach, sessions honor choice, boundaries, and individual experience. Touch is always optional and discussed in advance, creating a tailored, supportive space rooted in care and connection.

  • We offer more than yoga and Reiki — we offer space for rest, reflection, and connection. Our practices are rooted in heart, community, and trauma-informed care, honoring your body, spirit, and nervous system. We center queer, trans, and BIPOC communities while welcoming all, and our approach emphasizes embodied presence, shared care, and spiritual alignment over performance or achievement. Every offering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and participate in the collective well-being of our community.

  • You can contact us anytime through our contact page or email. In alignment with our values around rest, we ask that you allow 1–3 business days for a reply.

  • We use a two-rate pricing model rooted in accessibility and shared care. One rate covers the base cost of the class, and the other helps sustain our offerings and expand access for others in the community. We invite you to choose the rate that best aligns with your resources. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Access to rest and care is a shared responsibility. Please contact us if cost is a barrier or if you’re interested in bartering.
